Teacher of Mathematics

Full-time Permanent MPS/UPS

Start date: 1 January 2021 or before

The Directors are seeking to appoint a full-time dynamic, innovative and inspirational teacher to join our Mathematics Department to teach across the 11-18 mixed ability range. We are looking for candidates with flair, passion and commitment.

School First Aider and Administrator

37 hours pw termtime + 6 days

Level 4 (scp 4-7)

Actual Salary £16,043-£17,025 pa (Pay Award Pending)

Required for 1 September 2020.  We are seeking to appoint a confident, caring and organised person to join our team in the role of School First Aider and Administrator. This role will require applicants to assess the medical and welfare needs of students and staff, and administer front-line First Aid.

The successful candidate will ensure that pupils with ongoing medical needs are supported in school in line with their Individual Health Care Plans, administer approved medication to students and maintain records and reports, including those for statutory requirements.

The position also includes other administrative duties in support of the wider school, making this role both varied and interesting.

Applicants must hold a full First Aid certificate as a minimum requirement; applications from RGNs will be welcomed. Relevant experience of working in a similar environment is desirable.

Casual Mini Bus Driver

The directors are looking for a flexible and reliable driver to:

Transport students to and from educational venues and other establishments using the school minibus.

Carry out routine maintenance checks on the school vehicle and to report/rectify any defects as appropriate.

Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the school vehicle.

Keep and retain accurate records relating to driving hours, journeys undertaken and any other such documentation relating to the driving and maintenance of the school’s vehicle.
