The Directors wish to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic, ambitious and passionate leader with a track record of success to be Deputy Headteacher following the retirement of the current postholder. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the vision and direction of our aspirational school.

Fixed Term Inclusion Manager

30 Hours per week termtime + INSET (6 days)

The school is seeking an enthusiastic practitioner to join the Pastoral Team as a Fixed Term Inclusion Manager to manage and lead the school’s Fixed Term Inclusion room on a daily basis.  The successful candidate will be required to oversee students who have displayed inappropriate and challenging behaviour, monitoring their completion of academic studies whilst not in mainstream lessons. As a member of the School’s Pastoral Team, the successful applicant will also conduct a variety of admin duties ensuring the successful delivery of our reward and sanction system, and work closely with the School’s Pastoral staff.

Casual Examination Invigilators

Level 3 scp 3 £9.36 per hour

We are seeking to recruit casual examination invigilators to supervise our students taking internal and external examinations throughout the year but mainly during the Summer examination period (May/June).  Examination Invigilators work under the overall guidance of our Examinations Officer and will:

  • be responsible for starting and finishing the examination
  • distribute examination papers to students and collate at the end of the examination
  • maintain the security and integrity of the examination papers
  • monitor students during the examination

Training will be provided to successful applicants and experience is not essential but would be advantageous.

We are looking to recruit candidates who have good communication skills, are reliable and have a calm demeanour.  Hours of work are flexible and are agreed, with the Examinations Officer, in advance of the commencement of the exam period.

Casual Mini Bus Driver

The directors are looking for a flexible and reliable driver to:

Transport students to and from educational venues and other establishments using the school minibus.

Carry out routine maintenance checks on the school vehicle and to report/rectify any defects as appropriate.

Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the school vehicle.

Keep and retain accurate records relating to driving hours, journeys undertaken and any other such documentation relating to the driving and maintenance of the school’s vehicle.
