Our Wellbeing Vision

At St Thomas More Catholic Academy, a commitment to positive wellbeing and mental health for our students, families and staff is embedded as a central thread within our ethos, culture and vocation.  A whole school approach to wellbeing, where everyone within the school community has an important role to play, is underpinned by our mission statement that ‘’everyone is known and loved’’.  It is fully understood – and believed – that through achieving positive wellbeing, young people will thrive and achieve their full potential.  We acknowledge that we will face challenges in daily life but believe that we can work through these challenges together, united in an intent to ‘Aspire to be More,’ developing resilience, and celebrating the growth, achievement and successes as valued as a member of our community.
